Fragrantica, http://www.fragrantica.com/
This is a great free perfume encyclopaedia, which provides you information of the perfumers (i.e noses), fragrance notes, the year it was introduced etc, about almost any perfume you happen to stumble across. Also, there are really frequent updates of fragrance news and events. With a great members' forum, Fragrantica.com does give the English-speaking perfumistas a great place to mingle. Oh wait, they have the website in many different languages too! :-)
BaseNotes,http://www.basenotes.net/content/
This is really similar to Fragrantica. However, personal preference usually leads me back to Fragrantica. However, rumour has it, a proportionally much higher number of gents prefer Basenotes.
Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab's official fan site, http://www.bpal.org/
This is a site full of reviews about the BPAL scents. Pretty handy if you decided to give those BPAL oils a try.
The following is a list of perfume blogs I visit quite often:
Now Smell This, http://www.nstperfume.com/.
Perfume Shrine, http://perfumeshrine.blogspot.com.au/.
